This is a unique opportunity to play a key leadership role in a dynamic, forward-thinking secondary school where innovation, inclusion, and academic excellence are at the heart of everything we do.

Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Strategy: Support the Secondary Principal in the day-to-day management and long-term development of the Secondary School.
- Teaching & Learning: Lead initiatives to enhance instructional practice, curriculum design, and assessment across subject areas.

- Innovation & Improvement: Use data and research to drive continuous school improvement, ensuring excellence in both academic and personal growth outcomes.
- Community Engagement: Build positive, trusting relationships with students, staff, and parents through open communication and collaboration.
- Operational Oversight: Contribute to scheduling, staffing, policy development, and the implementation of school-wide initiatives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the academic and pastoral leadership teams to ensure alignment and coherence across all aspects of school life.

About You:
You are an energetic, empathetic, and visionary educator who leads with integrity and a passion for student success. You bring:
*Demonstrated leadership experience in a secondary or whole-school context (e.g., Head of Department, Coordinator, Assistant Principal, or Deputy Principal).
*A strong understanding of international education, ideally with experience in the IB Middle Years Programme (MYP) or Diploma Programme (DP).
*Proven ability to motivate and develop staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and reflective practice.
*Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across a diverse, multicultural community.
*A commitment to student well-being, inclusion, and holistic education.
*A Bachelor’s degree and teaching qualification (Master’s degree in Educational Leadership or a related field preferred).
