About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Elementary Teacher to join our team in Kuwait. This position is ideal for educators who are passionate about student-centered learning and committed to delivering high-quality instruction based on the American curriculum.
The ideal candidate will create an engaging classroom environment where students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach core subjects including English Language Arts, Math, Science, and Social Studies

• Deliver lessons aligned with American curriculum standards and best practices

• Create a positive and inclusive classroom culture that supports diverse learners

• Assess and monitor student progress regularly

• Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and school leadership

• Participate in school-wide activities and professional development

Job Requirements:
✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education or a related field
✅ Valid teaching certification/license (REQUIRED)
✅ Minimum 2 years of teaching experience (preferably in Grades 1–5)
✅ Familiarity with the American curriculum (Common Core or similar)
✅ Native or fluent English speaker
✅ Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills
✅ Willingness to relocate and adapt to life in Kuwait

Preferred:
✅ Experience in international or American curriculum schools
✅ Familiarity with educational technology tools and differentiation strategies
✅ First Aid/CPR certification
