An established international school in Al Ain is looking for an outstanding English Teacher to join its teaching team. The successful applicant will create stimulating lessons that develop students' confidence in reading, writing, communication, literature, and critical thinking.

Experience in the UAE or wider GCC is highly desirable. Candidates who can start immediately or at short notice will be given preference.

The Role

You will:

• Deliver engaging and well-structured English lessons.
• Develop students' literacy, communication, comprehension, and writing skills.
• Encourage independent thinking, creativity, discussion, and analysis.
• Adapt teaching approaches to support different learning abilities.
• Track academic progress and provide meaningful feedback.

• Work closely with colleagues to support curriculum development and student achievement.
• Communicate effectively with parents and other members of the school community.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a teacher who combines strong subject knowledge with an engaging and student-focused approach.

Applicants should have:

• A Bachelor's degree in English, English Literature, Education, or a related discipline.
• A recognised teaching qualification such as a PGCE, B.Ed., teaching licence, or equivalent.
• Previous experience teaching English in a school environment.
• Strong knowledge of English language and literature.
• Excellent classroom management and interpersonal skills.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Experience with an international curriculum is an advantage.
• UAE or GCC teaching experience is preferred.
• A genuine commitment to student progress and wellbeing.
• The ability to work effectively as part of a professional teaching team.

Immediate availability is highly advantageous.

Salary & Full Benefits Package

Monthly Salary: AED 12,750 – AED 15,800
Salary will be determined according to qualifications and relevant teaching experience.
