📚 Key Responsibilities
✅ Plan and deliver engaging, play-based lessons for early learners
✅ Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment
✅ Observe, assess, and support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development
✅ Differentiate instruction to meet individual learning needs
✅ Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues
✅ Participate in school activities and professional development
🎓 Qualifications & Requirements
✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Early Years, Early Childhood Education, or related field
✅ Recognized teaching qualification (B.Ed., PGCE, or equivalent)
✅ Minimum 2 years of experience teaching in Early Years or Kindergarten
✅ Strong classroom management skills with a nurturing approach
✅ Excellent communication skills in English
✅ International school experience is an advantage
