What You’ll Be Doing

  • Creating a warm, welcoming, and engaging learning environment for children aged 3–5

  • Delivering play-based, child-centered lessons following the EYFS or similar early years curriculum

  • Supporting children’s development in language, social skills, emotional regulation, numeracy, and physical activity

  • Building strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues

  • Encouraging curiosity, imagination, and independence through structured and free play

  • Working collaboratively with a supportive early years team

Who You Are

  • A qualified Early Years or Kindergarten teacher with a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (or related field)

  • Holding a recognized teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE with EYFS, B.Ed., Cache Level 3, EYTS)

  • Minimum 2 years of early years teaching experience

  • Kind, enthusiastic, and confident in supporting holistic child development

  • Familiar with the British EYFS framework or other international early childhood curricula

  • Passionate about the power of early learning and making school a joyful experience
