✅ Plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences
✅ Support children’s social, emotional, and academic development
✅ Create a warm, welcoming, and safe classroom environment
✅ Use age-appropriate assessment strategies to monitor progress
✅ Encourage creativity, curiosity, and independence
✅ Maintain strong communication with parents and caregivers
✅ Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and colleagues

🎓 Requirements
✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or Primary Education
✅ Recognized teaching qualification (B.Ed., PGCE, or equivalent)
✅ Minimum 2 years of experience teaching in Early Years or Kindergarten
✅ Strong understanding of child development principles
✅ Excellent classroom management and communication skills
✅ Fluency in English
✅ International school experience is a plus
