📚 The Role

You will:

✅ Teach MYP Science 1 (ages 11–12) following IB MYP standards
✅ Deliver inquiry-based, student-centred lessons in foundational Physics, Chemistry, and Biology
✅ Inspire curiosity, critical thinking, and scientific literacy
✅ Plan assessments and contribute to curriculum development
✅ Collaborate with international colleagues on interdisciplinary projects
✅ Support whole-school initiatives and student enrichment activities

🎓 Who We’re Looking For

✅ Essential Requirements:

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Science or Science Education
✅ Recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, B.Ed, QTS, or equivalent)
✅ Minimum 2 years of teaching experience preferred
✅ Strong classroom management and commitment to student-centred learning
✅ High emotional and cultural intelligence (EQ & CQ)

✅ Highly Desirable:

✅ Experience teaching IB MYP Science
✅ Experience in an international school setting
✅ Familiarity with inquiry-based and concept-driven instruction
