✅ Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment
✅ Plan and deliver age-appropriate, play-based learning activities
✅ Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development
✅ Encourage creativity, independence, and curiosity
✅ Observe and assess student progress
✅ Maintain positive communication with parents
✅ Work collaboratively with colleagues and teaching assistants

🎓 Qualifications & Requirements

✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Early Years, Early Childhood Education, or related field
✅ Recognized teaching qualification (B.Ed., PGCE, or equivalent preferred)
✅ Minimum 2 years of experience in a Pre-School or Early Years setting
✅ A caring, patient, and enthusiastic personality
✅ Strong classroom management and communication skills
✅ Fluent in English
