📚 Key Responsibilities
✅ Deliver high-quality subject-specific lessons at the secondary level
✅ Develop engaging lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards
✅ Assess, monitor, and report on student progress
✅ Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
✅ Prepare students for internal and external examinations (where applicable)
✅ Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development
✅ Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and professional development
🎓 Qualifications & Requirements
✅ Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant subject area
✅ Recognized teaching qualification (B.Ed., PGCE, QTS, or equivalent)
✅ Minimum 2 years of secondary teaching experience
✅ Strong classroom management skills
✅ Excellent communication skills in English
✅ Experience in an international school setting is an advantage
