I am looking for enthusiastic and adventurous Early Years Teachers to work in public schools in the UEA from March 2018.

As in the UK, full-time employees typically work five eight-hour shifts every week. However, unlike the UK, the working week runs from Sunday to Thursday. Friday and Saturday are rest days. Working hours are reduced during Ramadan.
**A TAX-FREE salary of 21,000 AED per month

Early Years Teacher Requirements:
**Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education
**CELTA / Cert TESOL (or recognized Level 5 equivalent) with Young Learners Extension
**PGCE with Primary or Early Years' experience
**Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching English in the Early Years
**IELTS 7.5 Academic for non-native English speakers
**Plan and carry out a curriculum that targets different areas of child development, such as language, motor, and social skills
**Provide a variety of materials and resources for children to explore, manipulate and use, both in learning activities and in imaginative play
**Teach basic skills such as color, shape, number and letter recognition
**Read books to entry classes or to small groups
**Evaluate children's performance, behavior, social development, and physical-health
**Meet with parents to discuss their children’s progress
Most employees are entitled to 22 days of annual leave. National holiday dates change every year, according to the sighting of the moon. There are ten national holidays, but the exact number of days given depends on whether the Islamic festival of Eid falls during the working week or the weekend.
