Our client is a rapidly expanding bilingual school located in Wuxi who is seeking an enthusiastic, creative, and caring EYFS Teacher to join their Early Years team from March 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate educator who believes in nurturing young children through play-based, child-centred learning within a culturally rich, bilingual environment.
About the Role
As an EYFS Teacher, you will:
- Deliver a high-quality Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum tailored to the needs of bilingual learners.
- Foster a warm, stimulating, and secure learning environment where children can explore, investigate, and grow.
- Work collaboratively with Chinese co-teachers and assistants to create integrated learning experiences.
- Observe, assess, and document children’s progress using developmentally appropriate methods.
- Communicate effectively with parents and contribute to a strong home–school partnership.
- Participate in school events, curriculum planning, and professional development as part of a growing team.
About You
The ideal candidate will bring:
*A recognised teaching qualification and specific Early Years training (EYFS/QTS or equivalent).
*A deep understanding of early childhood development and play-based pedagogy.
*Experience working with young learners in international, bilingual, or diverse settings (preferred but not essential).
*A reflective, flexible, and collaborative approach to teaching and learning.
*Energy, creativity, patience, and a genuine passion for early childhood education.
