Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and qualified Kindergarten ESL Teacher (Native Speaker Only) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about early childhood education, committed to fostering language growth, and capable of creating an engaging learning atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver age-appropriate English lessons focused on language development.
- Use interactive teaching methods, including games, storytelling, and creative activities.
- Foster a warm and inclusive classroom environment.
- Track and report on student progress.
- Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues regarding student growth.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and training sessions.
Qualifications and Requirements:
*Native English speaker (due to client requirements).
*Bachelor’s degree in any field.
*TEFL, TESOL, or equivalent teaching certification.
*Experience working with young learners preferred.
*Patient, creative, and energetic approach to teaching.
*Strong classroom management skills.
