Key Responsibilities
✅ Lead the planning and delivery of the curriculum for your subject area (Maths, English, or Science)
✅ Mentor and support teachers to improve instructional practices
✅ Monitor student progress and use data to inform teaching and interventions
✅ Coordinate assessments, resources, and departmental goals
✅ Organize department meetings, training, and curriculum reviews
✅ Work closely with senior leadership on school improvement initiatives
✅ Model excellent teaching and contribute to the broader school community

Candidate Profile
✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Education or your subject area (Master’s preferred)
✅ Valid teaching license/certification
✅ Minimum 5 years of successful teaching experience, with at least 2 in a leadership role
✅ Strong knowledge of the American curriculum and instructional leadership
✅ Native-level English fluency
✅ Inspirational leader with outstanding communication and team-building skills
