Female Primary Teacher - ASAP start - Oman
An international school in Muscat, Oman seeks an experienced female teacher for Grade 1. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching early learners, a degree in education, and 2+ years experience teaching Grade 1 specifically.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver engaging lessons in all subject areas for Grade 1 based on the British National Curriculum

Create a stimulating, positive and safe classroom environment

Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all students

Employ technology meaningfully to enhance student learning

Assess student progress and provide timely feedback
-
Communicate student progress with parents and administration

Collaborate with other teachers and staff on grade level teams

Participate in school-wide initiatives and activities
Requirements:
-
Bachelor's degree in Primary Education or equivalent
-
2+ years full-time experience teaching Grade 1
-
Experience with British National Curriculum preferred

Strong classroom management skills

Ability to differentiate instruction

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Passion for teaching early learners
Salary Package:

M.Ed, B.Ed or a relevant Bachelor's Degree with a Teaching Qualification

Must be a native speaker of English
Newly Qualified Teachers are NOT considered
Prefer candidates with international experience
Open University qualification(s) are NOT accepted
Experienced teachers with no qualification are NOT accepted
Additional:
**Your bachelor's degree MUST be in primary education
**Experience of teaching in the Middle East is beneficial to your application
**If you have experience of working in an Islamic environment/students is beneficial for you
**Offering a secondary subject, this would help your application
Remuneration Package
Salary Range:
A salary from 1100 up to 1600
OMR (Omani Rial) per month
based on experience and qualification,
