The Ideal Applicant:
The ideal candidate for the Head of Inclusion role will be able to confidently communicate well thought out strategies and findings regarding inclusion to both the Principle and Vice Principle of the school with all matters regarding inclusion. The Head of Inclusion set standards in relation to inclusive practice and demonstrate its importance to all members of the school. The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage and coordinate provision for children with special educational needs, serve as a role model to all relative practioners and demonstrate exemplary practice. The Head of Inclusion will also contribute to whole staff meetings to push the agenda of Inclusive practice throughout the whole school.
