👶 The Role – KG Teacher

As a KG Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping young learners’ educational journeys. You will create a safe, engaging, and stimulating classroom environment that supports children’s social, emotional, and academic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging lessons aligned with the USA Common Core and early years framework
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback to parents
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching and learning
  • Integrate play-based and inquiry-led learning strategies

🎓 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
  • Recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, B.Ed, or equivalent)
  • Minimum 2 years’ teaching experience in KG/Early Years
  • Experience teaching the American curriculum is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills
  • Passion for early childhood development

Qualification:

Must be western trained (USA, Canada, UK, Scotland, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand & South Africa)

Newly Qualified Teachers are NOT considered
Prefer candidates with international experience
Additional:
**Experience of the IB Curriculum is beneficial but not essential as training will be given
**Experience of USA Curriculum such as American Harcourt, AP and Common Core is highly valued
**It will be beneficial to your application if you have experience of working in the Middle East or with non-native speakers of English

Remuneration Package

Salary Range:
A salary from 12750 up to 12750  AED (UAE Dirham) per month based on experience and qualification, TAX FREE
Housing:
Based on application  fully furnished Housing provided

Flights:
Flight(s) provided annual flights for the teacher only
Utility Bills:
500AED per month
Baggage Allowance:
up to 500 USD on actual reciept
Bereavement Leave:

Gratuity Amount:
Gratuity Amount of 1 month bonus pay for each year accrued is provided
