The Role
As Head of Mathematics, you will:
- Lead and develop a high-performing Maths department delivering the English National Curriculum (and IGCSE/A Level or equivalent, depending on phase)
- Inspire students to think critically, problem-solve confidently, and develop a genuine love for Mathematics
- Coach, mentor, and support colleagues to achieve excellence in teaching and learning
- Drive curriculum innovation and contribute to whole-school strategic development
- Play a key role in the academic and pastoral life of the school
The Ideal Candidate
- We are looking for someone who:
- Is a qualified teacher with a strong background in Mathematics
- Has proven experience in middle or senior leadership (or is ready to take the next step)
- Demonstrates outstanding classroom practice and a passion for student achievement
- Thrives in an international environment and enjoys working with diverse cultures
- Brings energy, vision, and a collaborative mindset
