Our client is a growing private bilingual school in Bangkok is seeking an experienced and dynamic Primary Curriculum Coordinator to join their leadership team from August 2026.
 
The school delivers a bilingual education through both the Chinese and English curriculum pathways and is committed to academic excellence, innovation, and holistic student development. This role is ideal for an outstanding educator with strong leadership capability and extensive experience in the Cambridge Curriculum framework.
 
The Role
The Primary Curriculum Coordinator will provide academic and curriculum leadership across the Primary phase, working closely with the School Principal and leading teachers to ensure high-quality teaching and learning throughout the school. This is a middle leadership position that combines strategic curriculum leadership with an active teaching commitment.
 
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the development, implementation, and evaluation of the Primary curriculum
- Ensuring alignment and quality assurance across Cambridge curriculum programmes
- Supporting and mentoring teachers to enhance classroom practice and student outcomes
- Monitoring teaching and learning standards through coaching, observations, and data analysis
- Working collaboratively with bilingual and international teaching teams
- Supporting curriculum planning, assessment practices, and academic reporting
- Promoting innovative, student-centred learning approaches
- Contributing to whole-school improvement initiatives and academic planning
- Teaching allocated Primary classes as part of the role
 
The successful candidate will have:
*A recognised teaching qualification and relevant degree
*Extensive experience teaching within the Cambridge Curriculum
*Proven curriculum leadership or middle leadership experience in a Primary setting
*Strong knowledge of curriculum design, assessment, and academic quality assurance
*Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
*Experience working in international or bilingual school environments preferred
*A collaborative leadership style with the ability to inspire and support teachers
*A commitment to high academic standards and student wellbeing

Minimum Application Requirements

Qualification:
Minimum Qualification Requirement: M.Ed, B.Ed or a relevant Bachelor's Degree with a Teaching Qualification
Experience:

Must be western trained (USA, Canada, UK, Scotland, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand & South Africa)
Must be a native speaker of English
Prefer candidates with international experience
Teachers with a degree but no teaching qualification are NOT accepted
Experienced teachers with no qualification are NOT accepted
Non-western trained teachers who have worked in an international educational institute before are NOT accepted

Remuneration Package

Salary Range:
A salary   THB (Thai Baht) per month based on experience and qualification, TAX FREE
