🌟 About the Role:
As the Primary Principal, you will provide strategic and instructional leadership across the primary school (Grades 1–5). You will ensure that all students experience an engaging, rigorous, and nurturing learning journey aligned with international best practices and the school’s mission and values. Working as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will help shape a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation among staff, students, and families.
 
Key Responsibilities:
- Visionary Leadership: Lead the Primary School with a clear educational vision that inspires high standards of teaching, learning, and student well-being.
- Curriculum Excellence: Oversee the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of a concept-driven, inquiry-based curriculum that meets international standards.
- Instructional Coaching: Empower and develop teachers through effective professional learning, feedback, and mentoring, ensuring innovative and evidence-based classroom practices.
- Student Growth & Well-Being: Foster a safe, inclusive, and joyful school environment where every child feels valued and supported.
- Community Building: Strengthen connections among students, staff, and parents through open communication, shared goals, and community engagement.
- Strategic Management: Oversee staffing, budgeting, and operations within the Primary School, ensuring alignment with the school’s overall strategic plan.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Early Years and Secondary leadership teams to ensure a seamless educational experience across all divisions.
 
About You:
You are an energetic, empathetic, and forward-thinking educational leader who:
*Has proven leadership experience in a primary or elementary school setting (international school experience preferred).
*Holds a recognized teaching qualification and leadership certification (Master’s degree in Education or related field advantageous).
*Demonstrates a deep understanding of inquiry-based, concept-driven learning (PYP experience highly valued).
*Is passionate about developing teachers and creating professional learning communities grounded in trust, collaboration, and reflection.
*Values diversity, inclusion, and global citizenship, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
*Communicates clearly and builds positive relationships with students, staff, and parents alike.

Minimum Application Requirements

Qualification:
Minimum Qualification Requirement: M.Ed, B.Ed or a relevant Bachelor's Degree with a Teaching Qualification

Prefer candidates with international experience

Non-western trained teachers who have worked in an international educational institute before are NOT accepted

Remuneration Package

Salary Range:
A salary   CNY (Chinese Yuan Renminbi) per month based on experience and qualification, 10-25 % Tax is applied
