Position: Full-Time KG Teacher
Location: RAK American School, Ras Al Khaimah, UAE
Start Date: Immediate / August 2025
Salary: AED 10,000 – 13,000 per month (based on qualifications and experience)
About the Role
RAK American School is seeking caring, enthusiastic, and experienced Kindergarten Teachers to join our team for the upcoming academic year. As part of our early childhood education program, you will play a vital role in laying the foundation for lifelong learning, promoting curiosity, creativity, and social development in a nurturing environment that follows the American curriculum.
Key Responsibilities
Teach and guide young learners in foundational subjects through play-based and structured learning.
Create a warm, inclusive, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment.
Plan and implement engaging lessons that promote cognitive, emotional, and physical development.
Monitor and assess student progress; provide regular updates to parents and school leadership.
Collaborate with fellow teachers and support staff to enhance the overall early years program.
Participate in school events, meetings, and continuous professional development opportunities.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (a valid teaching license or certification is preferred).
Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching Kindergarten or Early Years, ideally within an American curriculum school.
Strong understanding of child development, classroom management, and age-appropriate pedagogy.
A nurturing personality, creativity, and a passion for early childhood education.
