Bachelor’s Degree in Education (B.Ed) or a related field focused on Primary/Elementary Education
Minimum of 2 years’ experience teaching Grade 2 or in a primary school classroom
Familiarity with the UK National Curriculum or US Common Core Standards
Ability to design engaging, inclusive lesson plans for diverse learning needs
Strong classroom management, communication, and collaboration skills
Passion for fostering the academic and personal growth of young children
Willingness to work closely with parents and fellow educators in a team-based setting
Tax-Free Monthly Salary: 700–1,200 KWD (approx. $2,300–$4,000 USD), based on experience
