Position: Computer Science Teacher
The UAE Public school system is looking to hire experienced Computer Science Teacher to join for September 2019 - January 2020 Start.
The Ministry of Education from the UAE will be coming to India to interview in person. This is your chance to join the World's LARGEST education reform to raise the standard of education in the United Arab Emirates.
The UAE public school system covers 700 schools across all the Emirates:
Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Dubai, Umm Al Quwain, and Abu Dhabi.
You can be recruited in any one of the schools where they have the most need for you.
The ideal candidate is a positive, experienced and creative teacher with a genuine passion for Culture and will bring his/her own expertise into the use of the school in order to improve students' language and subject skills.
The incumbent is responsible to assess students’ performance with the aim of helping students develop the linguistic ability to function effectively in an international environment. You will work in government schools where for all students English is their second language, with Arabic being their first.
Teachers should be able to:

Be responsible for planning, managing and improving the learning of their own students, working with other team members.

In collaboration with Teachers to implement and continually improve curriculum, teaching, learning and assessment strategies.

To manage the learning of the students, maintaining records, collaborating with other teachers and promoting staff development in a pro-active manner.

Responsible for planning and participating in professional development opportunities to further their own knowledge, skills and abilities.

To manage all facilities and activities related to achieve student learning.

To play a leadership role in role-modelling behaviour, attitudes, and learning behaviour’s for students.

Responsible for achieving the set learning outcomes in students, and therefore supervise all student activities and processes to ensure outcomes.

To develop and maintain teaching materials and assist with program quality assurance processes.

Teachers liaise with Student Counselors, as required. Communicate progress and performance to students and school management/administration.

Adapt and work to the local working environment and local anomalies and ensure full integration with Emirati counterparts.
Job requirements:
-
BA,MCA, MTECH in a Computer Science
-
Essential understanding and application of programming web designing (Java, HTML, Python, C#)
-
Minimum 3 years of vocational teaching /training experience at a middle or high school level.

Very high commitment level

Ability to work for long hours
-
Sound knowledge of internet and computer technology
-
Familiarity with multi processing and database
-
Strong and effective and analytical skills
-
Specialisation in various programming languages
Desirable:
-
Industry Certification (i.e. Cisco, Microsoft, IC3 etc.)

Experience in the Gulf region
Language:
-
IELTS 6 Academic / 6.5 General for non-native English speakers

Minimum 3 years of vocational teaching /training experience at a middle or high school level
Salary Package:
-
TAX-FREE salary from 16,000 AED to 21,000 AED per month based on qualification and experience (300,000 INR - 400,000 INR - PCM)
