Teach ESL in Beijing

Compensation and Benefits:
**Base salary:14000CNY-17000CNY/Month depends on experience and qualifications (Before tax)
**Housing allowance:5000CNY/Month
**Performance pay:1500CNY/Month
**Attendance bonus:500CNY/Month
**Working visa provided;
**Flight allowance: Up to 8000CNY upon completion of the contract;
**Holidays: Chinese paid public holidays and a half paid summer holiday(2 months)
**Commercial health insurance provided;
**Three days FREE hotel provided for your first arrival in Beijing.
 
You can be teaching students aged 8-16 for 16 teaching hours per week (40-45mins/class) and be responsible for designing your lesson plans and attending the academic workshop for the rest of the time in the office.
 
Requirement:
**Native speaker from USA,UK,CA,AU,NZ,IR;
**Bachelor Degree or above;
**Relevant teaching experience is preferred;
**International teaching certificate(TEFL/TESOL/CELTA) is required;
**Clean background;
**Enthusiastic, professional and culturally aware.

Teachers with a degree but no teaching qualification are NOT accepted

Non-western trained teachers who have worked in an international educational institute before are NOT accepted

Remuneration Package

Salary Range:
A salary from 14000 up to 17000  CNY (Chinese Yuan Renminbi)  based on experience and qualification, TAX FREE
Housing:
Housing allowance of 5000  CNY (Chinese Yuan Renminbi) provided
Medical:
Private medical provided
Flights:
Flight(s) provided 8000cny
Medical Insurance:
Medical insurance of value Given
Contract Length:
1 year contract renewable on mutual agreement
