📘 Job Responsibilities
✅ Plan and deliver engaging, inquiry-based lessons aligned with the IB Primary Years Programme
✅ Create a positive, student-centered learning environment
✅ Differentiate instruction to meet diverse student needs
✅ Use formative and summative assessments to monitor progress
✅ Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum planning
✅ Communicate effectively with parents and the wider school community
✅ Participate in school events and professional development
🎓 Academic & Professional Requirements
✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Education (Primary) or relevant subject area
✅ Recognized teaching qualification (B.Ed., PGCE, QTS, or equivalent)
✅ Minimum 2 years of primary teaching experience (PYP experience preferred)
✅ Strong classroom management and communication skills
✅ Experience with inquiry-based learning
✅ IB PYP training or certification (preferred but not mandatory)
✅ Fluent English speaker
