The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Secondary Mathematics Teacher to join their dynamic and collaborative Mathematics Faculty. The successful candidate will teach across Key Stages 3–5, contributing to the continued success of a department known for outstanding results and innovative teaching practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Mathematics across Key Stages 3–5, including IGCSE and IBDP (or equivalent).
- Plan and deliver engaging, challenging lessons that inspire curiosity and foster deep understanding.
- Use a range of teaching strategies and technologies to meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Contribute to curriculum development and enrichment activities within the Mathematics department.
- Assess, record, and report on student progress effectively.
- Support the school’s wider academic and co-curricular programmes.
- Play an active role in pastoral care and the holistic development of students.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
*A recognised teaching qualification and a relevant degree in Mathematics or a related field.
*Experience teaching Mathematics in a British or international school setting.
*A strong understanding of the English National Curriculum, IGCSE, and IBDP Mathematics.
*A commitment to high academic standards and to nurturing a love of learning in students.
*Excellent communication, collaboration, and organisational skills.
*A reflective approach to teaching and a willingness to contribute to ongoing departmental innovation.
