About the Role:
As Head of Maths, you will be responsible for leading a dynamic team of educators, fostering a love for mathematics, and ensuring that students are challenged, supported, and motivated. You will shape the curriculum, implement best practices, and collaborate closely with other departments to provide an engaging, holistic learning experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Maths department, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning across all year groups.
- Inspire and develop a team of teachers, fostering professional growth and creating a collaborative and supportive working environment.
- Oversee the design and delivery of the Maths curriculum, ensuring it is challenging, innovative, and aligned with international standards.
- Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to develop and implement the school's strategic vision and goals.
- Monitor and track student progress, ensuring that all students are achieving their personal best and receive the necessary support.
- Engage with parents and the wider school community to build strong relationships and enhance the learning experience.

* A qualified and experienced Maths teacher with a proven track record of leadership in an international setting.
* Strong knowledge of international curricula (such as IGCSE, IB, or A-Level), with a passion for ensuring academic excellence.
