What Our Client is Looking For:
- A qualified Early Years Teacher with EYFS experience
- 2–5 years of relevant teaching experience in a preschool or early years setting
- Native-level English speaker or fluent English with strong communication skills
- A warm, engaging, and patient approach to working with young children
- Ability to adapt to an international environment and work collaboratively with local and international staff
- Must be currently located in China or able to relocate quickly
Professional Knowledge and Understanding:
- Create outstanding learning environments;
- Build strong routines for young children to enhance their sense of well-being and belonging;
- Offer all children in your care respect, equity and opportunities;
- Engage wholeheartedly in parent communication and offer opportunities for parents to engage in learning;
- Document learning in order recognize and value children’s achievements, celebrate successes and plan for next steps;
- Initiate, innovate and inspire;
- Undertaking Co-Curricular Activities to enrich student learning;
- Organising and participating in events in order to build community, celebrate success and showcase learning to parents.
