Requirements:
✅ Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
✅ At least 2 years' experience in career counseling
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Culturally responsive and able to work with students from diverse backgrounds
Main Duties:
✅ Offer personalized career advice and planning support to students
✅ Help students identify pathways aligned with their goals and interests
✅ Design and deliver career development workshops and activities
✅ Work closely with faculty and families to guide student progress
✅ Stay current on employment market trends and higher education options
