Female PE Teacher – British Curriculum School – Sur, Oman – August 2025 Start

SeekTeachers is actively recruiting an experienced and energetic Female PE Teacher to join a well-established international school in Sur, Oman for the August 2025 academic year.

Job Requirements:

  • 🎓 Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education (required)

  • ✅ A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, B.Ed., or equivalent)

  • 🧑‍🏫 Minimum 2 years of full-time teaching experience (preferred)

  • 💡 Experience in delivering PE within the British curriculum is an advantage

  • 🙋‍♀️ Must be female due to local cultural considerations

  • 🌍 International experience is desirable but not essential

Minimum Application Requirements

Qualification:
Minimum Qualification Requirement: M.Ed, B.Ed or a relevant Bachelor's Degree with a Teaching Qualification
Experience:
2 Years

Must be western trained (USA, Canada, UK, Scotland, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand & South Africa)
Must be a native speaker of English
Newly Qualified Teachers are NOT considered
Prefer candidates with international experience
Open University qualification(s) are NOT accepted
Experienced teachers with no qualification are NOT accepted
Additional:
**Degree should be in Physics Education
**Experience of the UK National Curriculum is preferred

Remuneration Package

Salary Range:
A salary from 1200 up to 1475  OMR (Omani Rial) per month based on experience and qualification, TAX FREE
Housing:
Housing allowance of 125  OMR (Omani Rial) provided

Flight(s) provided annual flight provided
Bereavement Leave:
Bereavement leave given
Emergency Evacuation:

Gratuity Amount:
