📣 We're Hiring: Parent Liaison Executive – Start Immediately | Riyadh 📣
 
We are a brand-new international school opening this September in Riyadh, and we're looking for a dynamic and personable Parent Liaison Executive to join our client's founding team immediately.
 
This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in building strong relationships between our school and its families, supporting a warm and communicative community from the very beginning.
 
About the Role:
As the Parent Liaison Executive, you will be the first point of contact for current and prospective parents. You will provide clear communication, support enrolment and onboarding, coordinate parent engagement initiatives, and ensure an exceptional experience for families throughout their school journey.
 
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a bridge between parents and the school leadership
- Manage admissions enquiries and support the registration process
- Organise and attend parent events, tours, and orientation sessions
- Support daily communications with families and handle enquiries professionally
- Contribute to building a warm, inclusive and trusted school community
 
Requirements:
*Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
*Fluent in Arabic and English (bilingual speakers highly desirable)
*Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
*Experience in a school or customer-facing role is preferred
*Professional, approachable, and empathetic demeanour

Non-western trained teachers who have worked in an international educational institute before are NOT accepted

Remuneration Package

Salary Range:
A salary   SAR (Saudi Arabian Riyal) per month based on experience and qualification, TAX FREE
