A leading international school in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced and passionate Head of KG to lead and oversee the Kindergarten department. This is a fantastic opportunity for a visionary early childhood educator to take on a key leadership role in a nurturing and high-quality learning environment.

Position: Head of Kindergarten (KG)
Location: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA)
Start Date: August 2025

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the KG department and manage all academic and operational aspects.

• Ensure a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment for young learners.

• Support and mentor KG teachers and assistants.

• Implement a play-based, child-centered curriculum in line with international standards.

• Collaborate with school leadership and parents to support student growth and well-being.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (Master’s preferred).

• Recognized teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, B.Ed in Early Childhood).

• Minimum 5 years of experience in early years education, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

• Strong knowledge of international early years curricula (e.g., EYFS, Montessori, Reggio Emilia).

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
