Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the English Department, ensuring high standards of teaching, learning, and assessment.

• Develop and implement curriculum plans aligned with international standards.

• Mentor, support, and evaluate English teachers to drive professional growth.

• Monitor student progress and implement strategies to raise achievement.

• Collaborate with senior leadership and contribute to school improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

• Recognized teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, B.Ed, teaching license).

• Minimum 5 years of teaching experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

• Experience with international curricula (e.g., British, American, IB) is highly desirable.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
