Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and thought-provoking History lessons aligned with the Cambridge curriculum.
- Inspire students to explore historical events, analyse their significance, and connect them to current global issues.
- Create an interactive learning environment through discussions, debates, and project-based learning.
- Assess and monitor student progress, offering support and feedback to ensure academic growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues to integrate historical perspectives into cross-curricular projects.
- Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and professional development workshops.
 
Qualifications and Requirements:
*Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in History, Education, or a related field.
*Teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent international certification).
*Minimum of 2 years’ experience teaching History at the IGCSE and/or A-Level level.
*Strong knowledge of the Cambridge curriculum.
*Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire students.
*A passion for historical inquiry and critical thinking.
*International teaching experience is a plus.

Qualification:
Minimum Qualification Requirement: M.Ed, B.Ed or a relevant Bachelor's Degree with a Teaching Qualification

Must be western trained (USA, Canada, UK, Scotland, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand & South Africa)
Must be a native speaker of English
Prefer candidates with international experience
Teachers with a degree but no teaching qualification are NOT accepted
Experienced teachers with no qualification are NOT accepted
Non-western trained teachers who have worked in an international educational institute before are NOT accepted

Remuneration Package

Salary Range:
A salary from 900 up to 1200  KWD (Kuwaiti Dinar) per month based on experience and qualification, TAX FREE
Housing:
1 bedroom  fully furnished Housing provided
