Your Role

• Provide academic, social-emotional, and behavioral counseling to students

• Work with students individually and in small groups to support mental health, conflict resolution, and personal development

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and leadership to promote a positive school climate

• Support transitions, career readiness, and student goal setting (especially in upper grades)

• Lead wellness initiatives, character education programs, and preventative workshops

• Help implement behavior management plans and crisis response procedures

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in School Counseling, Psychology, or a related field

• Valid certification/licensure as a school counselor

• At least 2 years of experience in school counseling (international experience preferred)

• Deep understanding of child and adolescent development

• Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills

• Native-level English fluency

• Empathetic, culturally aware, and proactive in supporting student wellbeing

Salary & Benefits

• Tax-free salary: KWD 950 – 1,200/month (based on qualifications and experience)
