What You’ll Do as School Superintendent:

  • Lead with Purpose: As the School Superintendent, you’ll shape the vision and direction for the school, ensuring that our students receive the best education possible while also fostering a positive and inclusive environment.
  • Shape Our Curriculum: You’ll be responsible for ensuring that the American curriculum is delivered at the highest standards, keeping it innovative, relevant, and responsive to the needs of our students.
  • Collaborative Leadership: You’ll work closely with a talented team of educators and staff, helping them grow professionally while aligning their work with the school’s strategic goals.
  • Oversee School Operations: From budgeting and resource allocation to staffing, you’ll ensure the smooth and efficient running of the school, always keeping the focus on student success.
  • Build Strong Relationships: As a key representative of the school, you’ll build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, staff, and the community to ensure a collaborative and supportive environment for all.

Job Requirements:

  • Master’s or Doctorate in Education or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in educational leadership, including at least 5 years as a Superintendent or senior leader in an American curriculum school.
  • A proven track record of creating an inclusive, student-centered environment and leading a school toward academic success.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others while managing day-to-day operations effectively.
  • Solid experience in school governance, strategic planning, and budget management.
