Compass International School is part of the World Class Learning (WCL) group which is one of the best in the world. It strives to provide high quality education and currently delivers the National Curriculum of England and Wales to students aged 3-16. We have recently expanded to offer IGCSE and will most likley provide the A level or IB curriculum as we expand further.
In addition to offering the UK National Curriculum we also offer a Dutch Programme which make us very unique in Doha. At the primary level we follow the International Primary Curriculum (IPC) which is a new but exciting curriculum which we feel is tailored to our learners.
Compass International School has some fantastic resources in the school and promotes teachers using techonology in the classroom. The school looks for very passionate educators that have a stable career path. Teachers have to be qualified and have a mininum of 2 years to apply it firmly belivees in offering quality education to its students.
Compass International School is accredited by the Cambridge International Examination centre by the University of Cambridge (CIE) and is a candidate IB school. It is also a member of European Council of International School (ECIS) and the Academy of International School Head (AISH). In addition to this the school is accredited by the Council of International School (CIS).
The Gharaffa Campus is the first of the campuses that was developed in Doha and is very close to the prestiogious Education City. It delivers the best education to students aged 3 to 11 yeard of age. The campus has a swimming pool, a large hall which is for multi purpose use, a five a side football pitch, libraries for both English and Dutch curriculum, computer suites.
The Madinat Khalifa Campus is not that far from Gharaffa and was opened in 2010. It caters for a growing number of students and offers additional secondary classes. Students are aged from 5-15. At Madinat Khalifa it has specialist rooms for teaching and learning such as Science Labs, Music rooms, Art & Design, ICT and languages. A new sports hall and swimming pool are also planned for this campus
The Rayyan Campus is a much smaller campus and has recently been reopened to provide world class learning to international nursery students. It provides education for Early Years 1 and 2. There a specialist rooms here for ICT, a small but focused library, outdoor and indoor play areas. A new sport hall is also planned for this campus.
