A well-established international school in Sharjah is seeking a passionate and experienced Kindergarten Teacher to join their team immediately. We are looking for a dynamic educator who loves working with young children, fostering their academic, social, and emotional development in a nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with IBPYP or equivalent curriculum.
* Create a warm, welcoming, and inclusive classroom atmosphere conducive to learning and development.
* Assess student progress and adapt teaching methods to meet individual learning needs.
* Promote the physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing of children, supporting their overall growth.
* Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, providing regular feedback on children’s progress.
* Maintain classroom records and follow the school’s administrative protocols.
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive teaching environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a relevant field (teaching qualification preferred).
- Proven experience as a Kindergarten Teacher or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with IBPYP or international kindergarten curricula.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to create a positive learning environment for young learners.
- Enthusiastic, creative, and patient with a passion for early childhood education.
- English fluency (Arabic is a plus, but not required).
