Position: Principal - International High School (Girls Section)
School Type: American Curriculum

Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to ensure the effective operation and management of the Girls Section
  • Implement and oversee the American curriculum, ensuring high academic standards and student achievement
  • Foster a positive and inclusive school culture that promotes student well-being and engagement
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to develop and implement innovative educational programs and initiatives
  • Build strong relationships with students, parents, and the wider community

Requirements:

  • Saudi female with fluency in English
  • Master's degree in Education or related field
  • Experience with the American curriculum
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Principal or in a senior leadership role within an American curriculum school.
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of the American education system and curriculum.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of effectively managing a diverse faculty and staff.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for educational excellence, student-centered learning, and fostering a positive school culture.
