Responsibilities:
**Design and conduct captivating English lessons for students of all ages and proficiency levels.
**Instruct classes focusing on grammar, reading, writing, listening, speaking, vocabulary, and pronunciation.
**Prepare students for Cambridge ESOL exams such as FCE, CAE, CPE, and IELTS.
**Assess students' development and offer feedback on areas needing improvement.
**Integrate educational games, songs, discussions, and multimedia resources to establish an interactive learning setting.
**Oversee conversational activities and assist students in developing confidence as English speakers
**Cultivate a positive and supportive classroom ambiance.
Requirements:
**Hold a bachelor's degree (in any field).
**Possess TEFL/TESOL certification with a minimum of 120 hours of training.
**Demonstrate native or near-native English proficiency.
**Previous teaching experience is preferred but not mandatory.
**Exhibit a passion for education and cross-cultural exchange.
