Female Nursery Teacher - Dubai 
 
My client is a reputable educational institution dedicated to providing top-quality early childhood education in Abu Dhabi. With a strong commitment to nurturing and inspiring young minds, my client strives to create a supportive and stimulating environment where children can learn, grow, and flourish.
 
I am currently seeking passionate and experienced Nursery Teachers to join my client. As an integral part of our school community, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our young learners. I am looking for individuals who are enthusiastic about early childhood education, possess strong teaching skills, and have the ability to connect with children on an individual level.
 
Responsibilities:
 
**Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that stimulate intellectual, physical, social, and emotional development.
**Foster creativity through engaging activities that promote critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
**Establish a safe and welcoming classroom environment conducive to learning.
**Conduct continuous assessments to monitor each child's progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians.
**Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum planning activities.
**Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding their child's achievements or areas needing improvement.
**Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school events as required.
 
Requirements To apply
 
**Cache L3 or above OR
**Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or relevant field (Master's degree preferred).
**Proven experience working as a Nursery Teacher or similar role.
**Strong knowledge of child development theories and best practices in early childhood education.
**Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with children, parents/guardians,
and colleagues.
**Patient demeanour combined with enthusiasm for teaching young children.
**Experience teaching in a nursery in the UAE is preferred
**Must be able to adapt to the working culture in the UAE

**Competitive TAX-FREE salary up to 10,000 AED - 12,000 AED per month (not including housing allowance, but assistance will be provided in finding housing).

Remuneration Package
