Early Years Teacher - Dubai

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Nursery Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be committed to providing high-quality care and education for young children, fostering their holistic development in a nurturing and stimulating environment.

Responsibilities:
**Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that stimulate intellectual, physical, social, and emotional development.
**Foster creativity through engaging activities that promote critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
**Establish a safe and welcoming classroom environment conducive to learning.
**Conduct continuous assessments to monitor each child's progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians.
**Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum planning activities.
**Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding their child's achievements or areas needing improvement.

Requirements To apply
**Cache L3 or above OR
**Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or relevant field (Master's degree preferred).
**Proven experience working as a Nursery Teacher or similar role.
**Strong knowledge of child development theories and best practices in early childhood education.
**Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with children, parents/guardians,
and colleagues
**Experience teaching in a nursery in the UAE is preferred
