My client is a bilingual school located inthe beautiful Rizhao and integrates the essence of the Eastern and Western education philosophies, which are different from traditional management and bilingual teaching methods. The school fuses the Chinese National curriculum of Primary and Secondary Education and the overseas high quality education resources to form the core and fundamentals of our curriculum to meet the needs of local and foreign students.
This position is to commence in August 2019 and the candidate will be responsible for academic and admistrative duties on the campus. The candidate will be reporting to both co-Principals and the school Business Manager.
Requirements to apply:
**BEd (QTS)/PGCE equivalent
**Other leadership qualifications or certification
**Experience as part of a Senior Leadership team
**Academic experience in a Cambridge Assessment International Education School
**Proven experience in leading an academic department, in senior leadership or proven wholeschool change
**Proven track record of management of teaching pedagogy and student performance
**Proven skills/record in management of a department/area in an international school
**Willingness to optimise, communicate and coordinate and continous review of processes
**Proven and respectful communication skills within a diverse cultural teaching staff, with students and parents/business partners
**Knowledge and experience of data analysis and student tracking
