As you will be working with University students it is important that you provide very efficient classes in order to achieve excellent results.
Job description:
**Maintain an accurate attendance and grade record
**Develop and deliver lesson plans that utilize a broad range of appropriate teaching techniques and strategies
**Review class syllabus at the beginning of every semester
**Address all aspects of communication through appropriate instruction that develops each student’s ability to read, write, speak, and listen in the appropriate content area
**Maintain complete and accurate records of student progress and evidence of growth and progress, mark and provide appropriate feedback on oral and written work
**Prepare periodic exams in order to keep track of student's improvement
**Employ a variety of instructional techniques and strategies to meet different aptitudes and interests of students
**Prepare and set tests, examination papers, and exercises
My client is a well-established education company that works with Kindergarten Schools, Primary Schools, Middle Schools, High Schools, Universities and Language Centres all around the Southeast of China so there are great opportunities for career progression within the company once the contract expires.
In order to apply for this job you need to meet the following requirements:
**Native English Speaker
**Bachelor Degree or above
**2-year or more working experience in teaching industry is preferable
**CELTA/TEFL/TESOL certificate
**Monday to Friday: work between 08:00 - 12:00, 14:30 - 17:30 (weekends off)
**25 classes per week / 45 minutes per class
**Age: 22-55
**Non-criminal background check
**Reference letter
In exchange my client will offer you:
**RMB 13,000-15,000 per month
**5 days work week, summer and winter holiday vacation time
