**IBDP French Teacher**
**Teaching job in China**
An experienced and enthusiastic IBDP French teacher is required by our client based in China. This is one of the modern and advanced schools in the capital offers both international and Chinese national curriculum to students from kindergarten to high school aged 3-18. IBDP and GAC programme are also available for high school students. Currently, it is also a candidate school for Primary Years Programme (PYP) and Middle Years Programme (MYP).
The whole school has a large and modern campus located at the clean and green leafy suburb of Beijing which gives a fresh and quiet learning environment for students. The facilities in this school are well facilitated with first class standard such as auditorium, music studios, art & design centre, health centre, ten pin bowling alley, gymnasium, equestrian field, football fields, tennis courts, 25m indoor heated swimming pool, 400m athletic tracks, indoor and outdoor golf driving range, cafeteria, mini convenience stores, dry clean laundry and fully furnished accommodation for students and staff. The school is only 30 minutes away from the breath taking Great Wall and free shuttle is provided for staff to and from the city centre of Beijing.
There are more than 2000 students in the whole school at the moment, composed of 10% expatriate students and 90% Chinese national students, all students are discipline and very eager to learn. There are also about 200 staff mixed with 60% composed of expatriates and 40% non-expatriates.
The teaching hour consists of maximum 22 hours a week and professional continuing development is provided to all staff. The salary package is attractive, include free accommodation, round trip tickets, insurance, meal allowance and free visa, teachers are normally gets 4-6 weeks holiday per year.

Beijing is the capital of China, also one of the ancient cities in the country. The ancient historic royal buildings and architects from different dynasties are the main attraction i.e. the Great Wall, Forbidden City, Imperial Gardens and Temples. The Chinese said "Who has never been to the Great Wall is not a real man".
In the 21st century, Beijing has changed rapidly and it has become one of the centres of international activity bases. The 2008 Olympics was held in the Beijing National Stadium - "Bird Nest", Aquatics Centre, other modern architecture in the city i.e. CCTV Tower, National Grand Theatre give the city a dramatic new look.

M.Ed, B.Ed or a relevant Bachelor's Degree with a Teaching Qualification
Type of Staff:

Must be western trained (USA, Canada, UK, Scotland, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand & South Africa)
Must be a native speaker of English
Prefer candidates with international experience
Teachers with a degree but no teaching qualification are NOT accepted
Experienced teachers with no qualification are NOT accepted
Non-western trained teachers who have worked in an international educational institute before are NOT accepted
Additional:
**IB experience is essential
Remuneration Package
Salary Range:
A salary from 14000 up to 24000
CNY (Chinese Yuan Renminbi) per month
based on experience and qualification,
15-25 % Tax is applied
