SeekTeachers is urgently seeking an experienced Secondary School Principal for our client to lead a highly skilled and experienced collaborative faculty for a start date of August 2026.

We are seeking a Secondary School Principal to lead a Secondary division in the next phase of its development. The Principal supervises all academic activities and is responsible for carrying out the school’s mission and fulfilling its educational objectives. The ideal candidate will have experience with and a desire to work in a multi-cultural environment with outstanding communication skills.
The School Board and School Director seek a visionary leader with strategic competencies. As a community-focused team builder, s/he will have strong management and diplomatic skills and a demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teachers and staff.
- Experience as a Principal, with the Cambridge curriculum and living in SE Asia is highly desirable.

- Experience: Five or more years in an international educational leadership role, specifically within a Secondary/High School setting.

Role Summary
The Secondary School Principal provides professional leadership and direction to all faculty and staff within the Secondary School. They are responsible for the standard of achievement, the curriculum, and the quality of teaching and learning.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
*Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction for the development of the curriculum and contribute to the school's long-term development plans.
*Faculty Management: Oversee staff development, performance management, and the recruitment of competent, caring faculty.
*Curriculum Oversight: Oversee the Cambridge Curriculum, Lead discussions on pedagogy and develop inquiry-based learning across subject areas.
*Student Support: Develop and monitor systems to provide academic, language, and pastoral support for all students.
*Community Engagement: Liaise with parents regarding approaches to teaching and learning to foster a supportive school ethos.
