🎶 About the Role
As Whole School Music Teacher, you will:
- Deliver engaging and progressive music lessons across all key stages
- Teach a combination of curriculum music, performance, and theory
- Lead choirs, ensembles, and instrumental groups
- Organise concerts, productions, and whole-school performances
- Develop a broad and inclusive co-curricular music programme
- Promote confidence, creativity, and performance skills in students of all abilities
- You will play a central role in the cultural life of the school, helping to build a thriving musical community and showcasing student talent throughout the year.
🌟 The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
*A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE or equivalent)
*A degree in Music or a closely related field
*Experience teaching music across multiple age ranges
*Strong instrumental and/or vocal proficiency
*Experience directing ensembles or school productions
*Energy, creativity, and a passion for performance
*The ability to contribute to wider school life and lead ambitious musical initiatives will be highly valued.
