SeekTeachers is urgently seeking a qualified and experienced Primary Maths & Science teacher on behalf of our client in Shenzhen, China.
Our client is a coeducational, British bilingual (English and Mandarin) day and boarding school for Pre School to Prep 7 pupils. The school is aim to provide a pre-eminent dual language accredited Prep school to Chinese nationals and expatriates in the Shenzhen, China region. The school follows a blended bilingual programme with English first language teachers and Chinese bilingual teachers in Pre K, Pre School, and Preparatory School (Prep 1 7).
Qualifications:
*University degree (BA/B.Sc) or equivalent
*Teaching Qualification (B.Ed/M.Ed/PGCE/QTS) or equivalent
*At least two years of relevant teaching experience
*Native English speaker
Job Description:
- Plan, deliver and assess engaging Maths & Science lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
- Monitor and evaluate pupils’ progress.
- Provide feedback to pupils to help them improve performance and understanding.
- Manage behaviour effectively to ensure a safe and respectful learning environment.
- Organise and lead extracurricular sports clubs and activities.
