We’re looking for a caring and energetic Kindergarten Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood team. This role is ideal for an educator who values play-based learning and can create a warm, stimulating environment where young children develop socially, academically, and emotionally. Role Summary
As a Kindergarten Teacher, your responsibilities will include:

Planning and delivering creative, developmentally appropriate lessons aligned with early years standards

Establishing a safe, engaging, and supportive classroom setting

Using play-based and hands-on strategies to promote holistic learning

Assessing children’s progress and maintaining consistent communication with families
-
Working collaboratively with colleagues to support school-wide goals

Taking part in PD sessions, school events, and planning meetings
Candidate Requirements
Essential:
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (required)

Valid teaching license/certification (required)

Minimum of 2 years’ experience teaching KG or early years

Native or fluent English proficiency
-
Strong communication, organization, and classroom management skills
-
Culturally adaptable and ready to settle into life in Kuwait
Preferred:
-
Experience in international or bilingual school settings
-
Knowledge of EYFS, Reggio Emilia, or similar early childhood approaches

First Aid/CPR certification
