This is an exciting opportunity to help shape a modern music programme that blends performance, creativity, and innovation, inspiring students to explore both traditional and contemporary forms of musical expression.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging, inquiry-based Music lessons with a strong emphasis on creativity, collaboration, and technology integration.
- Lead the development of the Music Technology strand of the curriculum, incorporating digital composition, recording, and production.
- Teach and inspire students of varying musical backgrounds, from instrumentalists to digital creators.
- Promote performance opportunities through concerts, showcases, and interdisciplinary projects.
- Maintain and manage music technology equipment, digital audio workstations, and relevant software.
- Collaborate with colleagues to connect music learning with other subjects and school events.
- Contribute to the wider life of the school through co-curricular music activities and community performances.

Qualifications and Experience
*Bachelor’s degree or above in Music, Music Education, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
*Recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, Teaching License, or equivalent).
*Strong proficiency with music technology, including DAWs (such as Logic Pro, GarageBand, Ableton Live, or similar) and recording/production tools.
*Experience in teaching middle or secondary school students, ideally within a bilingual or international context.
*Ability to teach across a range of musical genres and integrate traditional and modern approaches to music-making.
*Excellent classroom management, collaboration, and communication skills.
*Enthusiasm for fostering students’ creativity, confidence, and cultural awareness through music.
