We are looking for a well-grounded and experienced educational leader to join a top-tier American international school in Ras Al Khaimah (RAK) as Whole School Vice Principal.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee academic and operational functions across the whole school

  • Support and guide teachers to ensure high standards of teaching and learning

  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and achievement-oriented school culture

  • Lead curriculum development and professional growth initiatives

  • Work closely with the Principal and senior leadership team to implement the school’s vision and goals

Requirements
✅ Must be Western-trained (UK, Ireland, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa)
Master’s Degree in Education, Leadership, or related field
Minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role (e.g., Assistant Principal, Vice Principal, or Head of Department)
✅ Strong knowledge of American Curriculum (experience in IB or British systems an advantage)
✅ Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
All documents must be attested to meet UAE MOE requirements
✅ Must be able to join immediately or by January 2026
