We are looking for a well-grounded and experienced educational leader to join a top-tier American international school in Ras Al Khaimah (RAK) as Whole School Vice Principal.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee academic and operational functions across the whole school
Support and guide teachers to ensure high standards of teaching and learning
Foster a positive, inclusive, and achievement-oriented school culture
Lead curriculum development and professional growth initiatives
Work closely with the Principal and senior leadership team to implement the school’s vision and goals
Requirements
✅ Must be Western-trained (UK, Ireland, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa)
✅ Master’s Degree in Education, Leadership, or related field
✅ Minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role (e.g., Assistant Principal, Vice Principal, or Head of Department)
✅ Strong knowledge of American Curriculum (experience in IB or British systems an advantage)
✅ Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
✅ All documents must be attested to meet UAE MOE requirements
✅ Must be able to join immediately or by January 2026
